Scenario 1: Without Documents Justin

Imagine that you need
quick access to all of a vendor's invoices for the last three months.
You will have to call your favorite bean-counter and have them drop
whatever they are working on to thumb through paperwork and filing
cabinets. If the invoices are for a prior year, it's even worse
if the files are in storage. Once the copies are located, any
staples or attachments need to be removed and the invoices must then
be photocopied before faxing or delivering.

Imagine that you need
quick access to all of a vendor's invoices for the last three
months. You login to your Justin Time desktop, select the
link for search, and enter the vendor name. The entire list
of invoices, arranged by year, is available for immediate
downloading, printing, emailing, or even faxing.
